Job Responsibilities:
As an Estate Planning Lawyer at our firm, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of estate planning matters. Your primary duties will include:

• Drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney and other legal documents related to estate planning
• Advising clients on estate planning strategies and developing personalized plans
• Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations
• Reviewing and analyzing client financial information to identify tax and estate planning opportunities
• Collaborating with other legal professionals and experts to ensure comprehensive client solutions
• Representing clients in estate planning matters, including probate and trust administration
• Providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong professional relationships

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Nevada
• Three or more years of experience in estate planning
• In-depth knowledge of estate planning laws, regulations, and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client matters simultaneously
